TELIT CINTERION AND L2 MOBILE TECHNOLOGIES REACH PATENT LICENSE AGREEMENT

Longhorn IP announced today that its L2 Mobile Technologies, LLC (L2MT) subsidiary has entered into a patent license agreement with Telit to license L2MT’s Standard Essential Patents.

Telit Cinterion is an IoT Enabler providing IoT modules, edge-to-cloud services including connectivity plans, IoT SIMs, IoT embedded software and PaaS IoT deployment managed services. On July 29 2022, Telit and Thales (Euronext Paris: HO), a global leader in Aerospace, Defense, Security & Digital Identity, jointly announced they entered into an agreement under which Telit would acquire Thales' cellular IoT products.
