SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS AND TRENCHANT BLADE TECHNOLOGIES RESOLVE THEIR DISPUTE

Trenchant Blade Technologies LLC (TBT) announced today that TBT and Samsung have resolved on

confidential terms their dispute related to the TBT Patents.

The dispute includes a patent infringement complaint in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas on January 22, 2021, against Samsung Electronics. The case number is 6:21-cv-00067. The patents at issue relate to state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing and chip packaging technologies.
