OX MOBILE TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES NO FURTHER ACTIONS PENDING WITH GOOGLE LLC

Ox Mobile Technologies LLC (OxMT), a Longhorn IP subsidiary, has announced today that with respect to Google LLC, no further administrative or legal actions are pending between the parties.

Previously, Ox Mobile Technologies LLC has acquired a portfolio of patents from ZTE, a major Chinese telecom equipment and smartphone manufacturer. The portfolio includes assets related to 4G/LTE with worldwide coverage, as well as Chinese assets related to smartphone implementation.
