It is with great sadness and deep regret that the Longhorn IP team learned that Mr. Michael Vladescu, Chief Executive Officer of Wi-LAN Inc., passed away. Several LIP team members were friends and colleagues of Mr. Vladescu. Mr. Vladescu was a great leader and a model to many in the IP industry. Our hearts go out to his family, friends and colleagues in this time of sorrow.
