L2 Mobile Technologies LLC (L2MT), a Longhorn IP subsidiary, announced today that it has filed dismissal papers in its lawsuit against OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (OnePlus) in connection with a settlement agreement reached with OnePlus.
Previously, L2MT filed the patent infringement complaint L2 Mobile Technologies LLC v. OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Civil Action No. 2:23-cv-00087-JRG (U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas) on March 1, 2023. The lawsuit addressed patents relating to wireless communications technologies and covering standard essential features including 4G technologies.
