L2 MOBILE TECHNOLOGIES FILES A PATENT INFRINGEMENT COMPLAINT AGAINST TCL

L2 Mobile Technologies LLC, a Longhorn IP LLC subsidiary, announced today that it has filed a patent infringement complaint in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware on October 4, 2022, against TCL.

The case number is 1:22-cv-01306-UNA. The patents at issue relate to patented wireless communication technologies widely used in the industry.

Previously, L2 Mobile Technologies LLC acquired a patent portfolio composed of Standard Essential Patents developed by ASUSTek Computer Inc.
