KATANA SILICON TECHNOLOGIES FILES A COMPLAINT FOR PATENT INFRINGEMENT AGAINST MICRON TECHNOLOGY

Katana Silicon Technologies LLC (KST) announced today that it has filed a patent infringement complaint in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas (WDTX) on March 4, 2022, against Micron Technology, Inc. et al. The case number is 1:22-cv-00214. The patents at issue relate to state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing and chip packaging technologies. Previously, KST acquired a portfolio of patents from a world-leading semiconductor company.
