Tenchant Blade Technologies LLC (TBT), a Longhorn IP affiliate, announced today that Intel Corporation (INTC) has filed a complaint for declaratory judgement against Trenchant Blade Technologies LLC in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on May 6, 2021. The case number is 3:21-cv-3398.
