Hamilcar Barca IP LLC (HBIP) announced today that it has obtained a first patent in India. The Indian Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks issued Indian Patent number 389532 to HBIP. The patent relates to technological innovation and fabrication of modern Semiconductor Packages.
In 2021, HBIP acquired a portfolio of patents related to semiconductor design, semiconductor fabrication technologies as well as power saving and processor design techniques. The state-of-the-art technologies were developed and patented by Mediatek. Mediatek is a semiconductor company that provides chips for wireless communications, high-definition television, handheld mobile devices like smartphones and tablet computers, navigation systems, consumer multimedia products and digital subscriber line services as well as optical disc drives.
