GOOGLE LAWSUIT DISMISSED BY LONGHORN IP'S SUBSIDIARY L2 MOBILE TECHNOLOGIES LLC

L2 Mobile Technologies LLC (L2MT), a Longhorn IP subsidiary, has announced today that it has dismissed its lawsuit against Google LLC.

Previously, L2MT filed the patent infringement complaint L2 Mobile Technologies LLC v. Google LLC, Civil Action No. 6:21-cv-00358 (US District Court for the Western District of Texas) on April 9, 2021, against Google LLC.

No further administrative or legal actions are pending between the parties.
