Carthage Silicon Innovations LLC has entered into an agreement to acquire a portfolio of patents from a leading Korean semiconductor company. The portfolio relates to integrated memory technology, CMOS image sensor design and manufacturing and the manufacturing of semiconductor devices in general. The list of assets is available under NDA.
